Evaluation and recording of student's recovery at the end of the level
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Customising recovery programme based on preliminary results from the beginner level
Revision of swimming styles
2 new swimming styles customised to the level of fitness and recovery
Stroke correction
Evaluation and recording of student's recovery at the end of the level
MAINTENANCE LEVEL
Post evaluation
Maintenance and improvement based on current knowledge of swimming
Swimming exercises to improve muscular strength and stamina
Option: Students have the option to transition to the adults/ladies programme if the instructor feels that the student is ready to do so
