BEGINNER
Introduce water skill:​
Basic water safety skill - safe entry and exit from pool
Water confidence and independence in the water
Proper breathing technique, body position, floating (water’s surface in the prone (front) and supine (back) position) and coordination
Basic one of the swimming strokes - freestyle (front crawl)/ Breaststroke
Basic safety knowledge of water environment and in the water.
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
Learn new strokes and improve swimming with healthy lifestyle.
Learn freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke
basic survival skill in deep water
FITNESS SESSION
Improve fitness and confidence of deep water. Swimmers can swim at least 200m.
