FITNESS

 Swim Academy has a holistic fitness programme that incorporates both land and water exercises. With our certified Strength and Conditioning coaches, we will be able to personalised a training programme for your needs.

Using a metric system, we will be tracking your fitness level as the programme commences, so you know whether you are on track or not!

​

We are results oriented, fitness oriented and most importantly student oriented! So whether you are a beginner trying to get back into shape or an athlete trying to be fitter and stronger than you currently am, our instructor will be able to guide you on your journey to fitness. 

Fitness Class

BEGINNER TO ADVANCED LEVEL

  • Pre-programme evaluation

  • Customised training programme consisting of land and water activities. 

  • Choose between various goals: Weight loss, building muscular strength and definition, stamina and endurance or all of the above!

  • Setting of goals with your coach

  • Diet analysis 

  • Evaluation of fitness level and other metrics at the end of this level 

MAINTENANCE LEVEL

  • Analysis of fitness metrics involving muscular strength, stamina and fat loss

  • Customised training programme with the goal of maintaining a healthy body weight and fat levels

  • Maintaining muscle strength and mass

  • Students can opt to increase the intensity and hop back onto the advanced programme to further improve their fitness
