ADULTS

Adult swimming programme caters to adults with all levels from zero, even with water phobia. Whether you just build your confidence in the water or build your skills, keep fit or prepare for swimming event, our coaches and program will inspire and encourage you to achieve your goals. We offer group sessions and 1-1 lessons. Our each lessons are designed to offer an individual style. You can put aside your fears and let us help you to success your goals at your own pace. 


Female Swimmer

BEGINNER

The beginner class is suitable for students who are new to swim. The class is introduce to comfort in the water and to joy swimming.

You will learn in this program with both theory and practical -

  • Water confidence 

  • Basic water skills - proper breathing technique, body position, floating (water’s surface in the prone (front) and supine (back) position) and coordination

  • Basic strokes - freestyle (front crawl) 

  • Basic water safety skill - safe entry and exit from pool and respect & safety of surrounding of water and in the water, basic of drowning prevention in deep water.

Duration -

  • Approximately 1 hour class,12 to 24 lessons

INTERMEDIATE

Learn new stroke and improve fitness and confidence of deep water. Swimmers can swim at least 200m.

  • Learn freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke

  • Threading Water and survival skill in deep water

Duration -

  • Approximately 12 to 24 lessons

Male Swimmers
Undewater Swimmer

ADVANCE

This class is design for who wants to learn butterfly, plunging and diving. Swimmers can swim at least 400m.

  • Learn freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly

  • Start and Turn for all four strokes

  • Fitness, survival skill in deep water and Lifesaving

  • Approximately 12 to 24 lessons
