SWIMMING COACH
As a former National Swimmer and a competitive swimmer, I have acquired the knowledge and experience to customise my teaching style to each and every students. I have taught for over 10 years and have personally coached hundreds of students. It is my personal goal to share my love of swimming to as many as possible.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH
I am also a certified Strength and Conditioning coach. On top of teaching swimming, I am able to better advice students on various bodyweight or gym exercises to help complement your fitness training.  Having run strength and conditioning programmes for over 5 years now, I believe I will be able to customise a fitness programme for your own needs.
